Pros and cons here:
price isn't too bad for area. Location is great. Farmers market across the street on one dide, lacma on another. Kids play outside and it seems safe and peaceful here (during the day).
People are drunk outside at night a lot and security disappears at night and takes like 20 minutes to come when cslled. People smoke right outside and it wafts into the lower units
big
time. Laundry is in basement past still ky garbage and only 8 washers in 156 unit tower. You have to set your alarm for dawn to wash. Elevators are constantly broken.
